Dear Saint Arnold's Army:
Congratulations to Hoppy Endings, the winners of our 8th Annual One Pot Showdown! Their Red Thai Curry featuring Icon Red - Sorachi Ace Dubbel was chosen by the judges as the best dish at Sunday's annual cooking competition.
Second place went to Hopped Up Cookers for their Wild Boar and Chorizo Sopes using Fancy Lawnmower and Santo, and Bourbon Legends took third place with their Albondigas De Santo. The Pot-a-maniacs' costumes and interactive booth earned them the Spirit Award.

Beer Dinner with Chef Ryan at the Brewery

Last year around this time, we hosted our first Beer Dinner featuring food from our own Executive Chef Ryan Savoie. A year later, we're starting to get hungry again.
This special dinner with Chef Ryan will be held on the evening of Monday, February 23 in our Investors Pub tucked back behind the Beer Hall. Each of the six courses will be carefully paired with a beer that complements its flavors (we rather enjoy the process of preparing and taste testing for beer dinners). We haven't nailed down all of the pairings just yet, but you can expect to enjoy some rare, special beers.
We have a very limited number of seats for this dinner. Reservations are $75 per person which includes six courses paired with beer, tax, tip and witty repartee.

Super Beef Sunday at Saint Arnold
Sunday, February 1 - 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Party plans for this weekend still up in the air? Join us at the brewery for Super Beef Sunday and enjoy the finest smoked meats from CorkScrew BBQ of Spring and Louie Mueller Barbecue from Taylor, Texas.
If you want to take some meat with you to your watch party later in the day, Wayne from Louie Mueller will have pre-wrapped whole brisket and beef ribs available for pre-purchase (at the time of your ticket purchase).
Tickets are $50 per person and include the best from both pitmasters until the meat runs out, beer and a commemorative pint glass. Briskets and beef ribs to take home must be ordered at the time of your ticket purchase. They will not be available to purchase at the event.

For the public, there will be beer, gumbo tastings, Cajun cuisine and lots of horn-blowing and Cajun two-stepping. Live music includes the New Orleans Hustlers Brass Band and four-time Grammy nominated Cajun band the Pine Leaf Boys. Come hungry!
