Saint Arnold Army Newsletter

Dear Saint Arnold's Army:

Our Original Brown Ale is Now Ale Wagger

At Saint Arnold, we are passionate about animal rescue. A number of us here are proud to have rescue animals as family members.

We're also passionate about our Brown Ale. We've been brewing it since 1995 when we released it to celebrate our one year anniversary.

When we decided recently to give Brown Ale a makeover, we wanted to combine these two passions. Thus, you'll now enjoy our original Brown Ale as Ale Wagger Brown.

We'll be donating a portion of the sales of Ale Wagger to support local rescue organizations to improve the lives of animals in our communities. Here in Houston, those funds will go to the city's BARC to help promote their spay, neuter and adoption efforts.

During our Saturday tour on October 4, representatives from BARC will be here hosting a dog adoption event in our front parking lot. Enjoy an Ale Wagger at the brewery on that day, and you may just find a new furry friend.

Amber Ale Dryhopped with Mosaic is Now Available

To celebrate 20 years of brewing our Amber Ale, we've enjoyed two different special batches dryhopped with Liberty and Cascade. Now available is the third, final and most intense release of the series - Amber Ale Dryhopped with Mosaic.

Mosaic is a relatively new hop variety that gives an intense tropical, passion fruit aroma when used for dryhopping. To make sure that the Mosaic was able to shine, we dryhopped the beer once during fermentation and again prior to bottling. The addition of all that Mosaic transforms Amber Ale from a well balanced beer to one that is incredibly hop forward.

You can find this special batch in 22 oz bomber bottles and on cask at select places around town.
