Texas Children's Hospital's Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center. Help us work to support research into treating diseases that affect 1.4 million people in this country. And we understand the irony of pairing a feast with IBD, although a meat heavy menu like this is actually good for most afflicted individuals.
Please join us at this fun event for a great cause. Taps open at 5:00 PM with hors d'oeuvres. The seating occurs at 5:45 PM, and the cornucopia of food appears soon after.
Tickets are $100 each and include all of your food and beer. This is a popular event and will sell out.

Annual Beer for Backpacks at the BreweryWednesday, July 2 - 5:30 - 8:00 PM Join us Wednesday evening at the brewery with State Representative Jessica Farrar as we collect backpacks and other school supplies for children who otherwise would not have these supplies. We will pay you for your generosity in beer. Bring the materials listed below and in return you will be able to enjoy all of the beers we regularly have available on our tours. Per usual, we will also have limited release beers available for purchase. Admission: Bring one new or gently used children's backpack and at least two of the following items (you're of course welcome to bring even more!):
- 1 subject wide-ruled notebook
- 4 pocket folders with brads/assorted colors
- 1 packet of loose leaf wide-ruled paper
- 1 box of 24-ct crayons
- 2 glue sticks

If you're looking for a great place to enjoy lunch on Thursday, July 3 and/or Friday, July 4, we've got you covered. From 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM, we'll be serving our Daily Special only (see below). For $17.55 plus tax ($19 total), you'll get the two course lunch and beer. We will be taking reservations online, and we expect these days (and other holidays) to fill up quickly.
