Movie Night at Saint Arnold: Bad Santa
Monday, December 23

Tired of all the good cheer and stupid stupid heads with their stupid Christmas cheer? Fight back and head to the Brewery on Monday, December 23 for a night of being bad. Really, really, bad. We've partnered with the Alamo Drafthouse Rolling Roadshow for the third consecutive year for movie fun in our parking lot, and this time it's the Billy Bob Thornton "classic" Bad Santa. This event is 21 and up ONLY and remember, the movie is a hard R. Please bring your own chair. There will be  food from our kitchen available for purchase as well for CASH ONLY! We'll have pretzels, burgers, chili and Frito pie. Also, since December 23 happens to be Festivus, before the movie starts we'll have an Airing of Grievances Contest, so get your best insults ready. For a refresher on the rules of Festivus, check this out. Feel free to bring your own aluminum pole. You can secure tickets in advance at the link below or pay at the door. $15 admission includes the movie and two pints. Additional beers will be available for purchase. Tours and Lunches This Holiday Season
We will be open our normal tour and lunch hours this holiday season with the exception of Christmas Day and New Years Day. We will be closed those two days.
If you and your houseguests are looking for a delicious lunch over the next couple of weeks, let our Executive Chef Ryan Savoie and our awesome kitchen staff do the work for you. For $19, you'll enjoy a great lunch and delicious beers.
Because we expect pretty large crowds this time of year, you can prepay for lunch on our website. This both ensures that we have delicious food for you (as there is a good likelihood that we will sell out) and that you can show up anytime between 11:00 AM and 1:15 PM. If we do sell out, we'll post it on the website.

Grow a Donegal - Win an iPad 
Start strategizing your facial hair growth plan since we will again be holding our Donegal Beard Growing Competition. To compete, you must check in with us, clean-shaven, on a tour between Wednesday, January 1 and Saturday, January 4 so we can take your picture. Another option is to send us a picture of yourself on or after January 1 with the day's newspaper (kidnapper style) if you can't get here. Photoshopping the newspaper into an older picture will result in very bad karma.
Clean-shaven means no facial hair. Sideburns must be cut at least halfway up the ear. Judging will occur at our annual St. Patrick's Day Party on Monday, March 17. The winner will be awarded an iPad. Previous winners are ineligible to win for two years. We will be seeking qualified, independent judges for the finale.

Unsilent Night along Buffalo Bayou

Head out to this FREE interactive holiday event along the banks of Buffalo Bayou. New York composer Phil Kline has created a 43 minute piece specifically to be heard outdoors in the month of December. Revelers will walk a carefully chosen route along the Sabine Promenade with holiday stations along the way.

Holiday Hangover Hell Yeah Show at Warehouse Live

If you're looking to get out of the house after your family gatherings the week of Christmas, Warehouse Live is the place to be on Saturday, December 28. The Holiday Hangover Hell Yeah Show is a Houston and Texas based show featuring Los Skarnales, The Tontons, The Suffers, Wild Child and more.
General admission tickets are $12 presale and $15 at the door. You can also be a Saint Arnold VIP for the evening. The VIP package includes four Saint Arnold drink tickets, light bites by Phoenicia Specialty Foods, a private cash bar, private lounge and seating, private bathrooms and DJ set by Fat Tony. The VIP package is only $15 (in addition to event ticket), and only 200 spaces are available.

It's like smaller version of the Free Press Summerfest, only without the searing heat! Spend your New Year's Eve in Sam Houston Park with headliners George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic and Girl Talk. Look for the Saint Arnold draft beer garden in the Gastrodome.
