Happy summer to all!

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful summer thus far! I trust that everyone has been enjoying the World Cup. It has been great to see our country get behind the USMNT and hope we see a spike in interest in the beautiful game this coming year!

Our summer camp starts next week and our summer recreational league starts the following week. If you still want to play, sign up right away as the registration will close tomorrow for camp and Monday for the summer league.

This past month, we had two United teams head down to Far West Regionals in Albuquerque, New Mexico over June 15-21. The U13 boys coached by George Hahui and Alin Suru traveled to compete with the top teams in the Far West Regions and put up a strong effort. This was a learning experience for the boys to show them the level of skill, training and dedication it takes to play at a high level. The U17 boys coached by Carlos Elizondo also competed at Far West Regionals. This team, made up of most of our State Champ High School boys, matched up with some of the toughest teams at the tournament. They had to play the #1 and #4 ranked teams in the nation. They lost 6-2 and 3-1 respectively to those teams. Those are impressive results for a Wyoming team playing two southern CA teams. This was a great experience for all of those boys. We congratulate them and their coaches on a job well done.

Our spring BBQ fundraiser was a success. We reached our fundraising goals and had a great day of soccer at the fields. We hope that everyone had a good time and got plenty to eat.

The fall season will be upon us in no time. Registration for the fall will open on July 8. Get your soccer star signed up early!!

All the best,

Dan Norton
