Photographic Vision

Join fine art photographer Rebecca Pujals-Jones for inspiring photographic journeys in the beautiful Nature Coast. This three month class focuses on discovering new ways of seeing. You will learn methods to refine your creative voice through photo excursions, group discussions, assignments, demonstrations and creative exercises. Grow your photography to the next level by advancing your technique, intuition and personal philosophy. Participants will be guided to convey their unique vision by connecting with images created in meaningful ways. By refining their vision, whether through the genre of nature, still life, documentary or portraiture, participants will engage in creating dynamic images with their own narratives.

~ Seeing light, form and color
~ Elements of composition
~ Portfolio reviews
~ Connecting your technical ability with your creative vision
~ Basics of shooting, editing and managing images
~ Looking and listening

Instructor:
Rebecca Pujals-Jones is a fine art photographer based in Hernando, specializing in landscapes and portraiture with extensive experience in both the traditional and digital darkroom. Her visual tool kit includes large format wooden view cameras, plastic toy cameras to digital SLRs and knowledge of historic 1800's processes. Rebecca holds an MFA in Photography from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco. Her website can be seen at www.pujalsjones.com
