Annual Review 2014
AbleChildAfrica is excited to announce that we launched our 2014 Annual Review at our 30th Anniversary Gala Dinner last week, check out a digital copy on our website and let us know if you would like a hard copy.

Welcome Lauren!!

Lauren Watters joined AbleChildAfrica this month as Programme and Partnership Manager. After completing her MA in Development Studies at the University of East Anglia, Lauren worked as an International Development Research Portfolio Manager for the Economic and Social Council (ESRC) where she gained over two years' experience of project supervision and grants management.

Lauren is also the Co-founder and Co-director of FACE Uganda, a small NGO working towards the empowerment of women in rural Uganda. Lauren has also spent some time working in the East of Ghana volunteering for the Volta Aid Foundation, a community based development organisation.

In her spare time Lauren volunteers with the Woodcraft Folk, an inclusive youth group organisation, and enjoys running and yoga. She hopes to be fit enough to join in with one of the upcoming challenge events for AbleChildAfrica!!

Welcome to AbleChildAfrica, Lauren!!
