No.89 - Music Network Concerts 4/9/13 - 2/10/13

Dear Music Lover,

As the summer draws to a close we are gearing up for our first tour of the autumn season -  a traditional Irish music tour entitled Bellows, Bridge & Bow with Liam O'Connor (fiddle, viola), Caoimhín Ó Fearghail (uilleann pipes, flute, guitar, vocals) and the renowned concertina player, Noel Hill.
Also in September we are very pleased to bring you a concert series with songwriter and improviser Lauren Kinsella, fresh from her BBC Proms début, who leads her award winning group Thought-Fox in a new project with the acclaimed saxophonist Julian Siegel from 15 - 20 September.
Our Culture Night concert will feature Thought-Fox & Julian Siegel, as well as the unique Chatham Saxophone Quartet, in advance of their Irish tour this November.

And if that's not enough, we've got some of the best traditional Irish musicians in concert throughout the country - Fidil, This is How we Fly and Paudie O'Connor, Aoife Ni Chaoimh, Mick O'Brien, and Nell Ní Chróinín.
