New LA Dodger Manager, Dave Roberts, was born in Okinawa and his mother is originally from Naha.
Over 100 members of the Okinawa Association of America and Okinawa Prefectural Governor Takeshi Onaga will attend the Dodger's game on Wednesday, May 11, at 7:10 pm to show support Roberts.
There will be a pre-game performance by the popular Ryukyukoku Matsuri Daiko LA Branch, followed by Gov. Onaga throwing out the first pitch and making a presentation to Roberts.
