to be held on Sunday, March 6, from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm at Los Angeles Police Department Headquarters, Ronald F. Deaton Civic Auditorium, 100 West First Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012

To honor the lives lost, and the survivors and friends and family forever affected by Japan's worst natural disaster
 
To support the recovery and rebuilding efforts in the devastated regions
 
To send love and prayers from the people of Southern California to the people of Japan

Cultural News' Mission: to introduce the best of Japanese art exhibitions and cultural events to the public in Los Angeles

The standard budget of the Cultural News operation in past five years is $35,000 annually. The standard annual revenue consists of subscriptions for $15,000, advertisements for $10,000, and donations for $10,000.
 
In order to ensure publishing the monthly paper in 2015-2017, Cultural News seeks the donation of $30,000 by March 31, 2016.
 
As of Feb. 16, Cultural News has received $24,475 donation from supporters of Cultural News since January 2015. These supports enable Cultural News to continue publishing in coming years.
