The Japanese Culture Club of Arizona and Canary English Rakugo Company in Tokyo present "Japan's Traditional Storytelling" by four Rakigo artists from Tokyo in Arizona as the following schedule:

Cultural News' Mission: to introduce the best of Japanese art exhibitions and cultural events to the public in Los Angeles

The standard budget of the Cultural News operation in past five years is $35,000 annually. The standard annual revenue consists of subscriptions for $15,000, advertisements for $10,000, and donations for $10,000.
 
In order to ensure publishing the monthly paper in 2015-2017, Cultural News seeks the donation of $30,000 by March 31, 2016.
 
As of Feb. 16, Cultural News has received $24,475 donation from supporters of Cultural News since January 2015. These supports enable Cultural News to continue publishing in coming years.
