The Japan Foundation Los Angeles will host "JF Nihongo Tea Time" event for those who are interested in Japanese language on Monday, Feb. 22, from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm, at the Japan Foundation office, 5700 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90036.
Fees are $2 per person, and cash only. Eligible from 18 years old and up.
Japanese language experience is not necessary.
Activities will include conversations about Japan, Japanese culture and language with Japanese speakers; and introduction of classrooms and staffs of JF Nihongo Japanese Language Course.
The next JF Nihongo Japanese Language Course will start on April 23, and end on June 30.

The standard budget of the Cultural News operation in past five years is $35,000 annually. The standard annual revenue consists of subscriptions for $15,000, advertisements for $10,000, and donations for $10,000.
In order to ensure publishing the monthly paper in 2015-2017, Cultural News seeks the donation of $30,000 by March 31, 2016.
As of Feb. 16, Cultural News has received $24,475 donation from supporters of Cultural News since January 2015. These supports enable Cultural News to continue publishing in coming years.
