deaf pianist Fuzjko Hemming to return to Los Angeles, March 13 at 7:30 PM


A special one-night-only recital featuring renowned Japanese-Swedish pianist Fuzjko Hemming to commemorate 5th anniversary of earthquake and tsunami in Japan will be presented by Dagy Label, Inc. at Zipper Hall, Downtown Los Angeles on March 13 at 7:30 pm.
                  
Despite her severe hearing difficulties and turbulent life story, including a time spent under refugee status, Fuzjko Hemming has beaten the odds to become a highly acclaimed concert pianist who performs around the world.
 
Here is your chance to hear the recital by this legendary international talent, winner of platinum records and several prestigious music awards.
 
The recital will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 13 at the Zipper Hall, 200 South Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
 
The recital also features acclaimed Polish cellist Marek Szpakiewicz.
 
The March 13 recital features works by Chopin, Liszt and Brahms. Tickets start at $25, with special discounts for seniors and students.
 
A portion of the proceeds from the recital will go to the 2011 Japan Relief Fund for victims of the earthquake and tsunami of March 2011.
