NAGOYA, Japan - Nisei Week and Los Angeles-Nagoya Sister City Association delegations from Los Angeles are invited to the Nagoya Sister Cities Delegation Welcome Reception on Oct. 16 at the Westin Nagoya Castle Hotel.
 
By impersonating Elvis Presley, Nagoya mayor Takashi Kawamura entertains participants and other sister cities delegations from Torino of Italy, Sidney of Australia, and Mexico City.
