NAGOYA, Japan -2015 Nisei Week Queen and Court, the Nisei Week Foundation, and the Little Tokyo Business Association delegation meet representatives of the City of Nagoya and the Minami Otsu Street Business Association (Pyua 02) at the Creston Hotel in Nagoya on Oct 15.
 
Los Angeles' Nisei Week delegation visits annually Los Angeles' sister city Nagoya for participating the Nagoya Festival. This year the Nagoya Festival will take place on Oct. 17 and 18.
