NAGOYA, Japan - 2015 Nisei Week Queen and Court, the Nisei Week Foundation, and the Little Tokyo Business Association delegation arrived at Nagoya for participating the Nagoya Festival on Oct. 17 and 18.
The Los Angeles delegation was welcomed by representatives of the City of Nagoya and the Minami Otsu Street Business Association at the Creston Hotel in Nagoya.
