Koyasan Buddhist Temple in Little Tokyopresents the First Annual Koyasan Family Festival on Sunday, Oct 18 from 11am at its venue, 342 East First Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. (213) 624-1267 The festival provides foods and drinks, raffle drawings and beanbag contest. There will be Japanese amulets and calligraphies for sale. From 1:00 pm, entertainment will start. Performance programs include Japanese chorus group Cappela Opus, Koyasan Taiko group, Shotokan Karate of America Maryknoll Dojo and Torrance Dojo and a magic show.
