Kitajima's Ikebana work at LA County Fair

Sogetsu Ikebana instructor Kaz Yokou Kitajima exhibits his large work ikebana with "Mardi Gras" theme at Flower & Garden Building, 1101 West McKinley Ave, Pomona in the L.A. County Fair, from Sept 4 - 27.
Kitajima uses Mari Gras colors, purple, gold and green, with materials such as bottle tree branch, orchid, asparagus fern, and succulent.
General admissions are $20 in weekends, $12 in weekdays.
Labor Day Weekend schedule:
Friday - Noon - Midnight
Saturday - 10 am - Midnight
Sunday - 10 am - Midnight
Monday - 10 am- 10 p.m.
Closed Mondays and Tuesdays
