Maestro Hideaki Hirai from Tokyo
Maestro Hirai is the composer and conductor of opera "Kaguya-Hime" which will be premiered in the U.S. in the evening of Aug. 22 at Aratai Theatre in Little Tokyo.
Before he will conduct opera "Kaguya-Hime," Maestro Hirai will explain how the opera has been made and will expect to meet coordinators of Japanese programs in universities and cultural institutions for future programing.

Taiko Player and Japanese Culture Presenter Ken Koshio from Phoenix, AZ
Mr. Koshio successfully produced and performed "Ken Koshio Taiko 'N' Roll Live Show" in June 27, 2015 at Tempe Center for the Arts in the Great Phoenix Area. And from Aug. 4-9, Mr. Koshio also produced "Hiroshima Calling - Poster Exhibition, War Experience Sharing and Taiko Drumming" at Tempe History Museum.
Mr. Koshio will explain how "Taiko 'N' Roll" and "Hiroshima Calling" were made, and will expect to meet coordinators of Japanese programs in universities and cultural institutions for future programing.
