Language teacher workshop at Notre Dame High School, April 26 

Teachers of Japanese in Southern California Spring 2015 Workshop

 

The Teachers of Japanese in Southern California Spring Workshop will be held at Notre Dame High School, on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 

Notre Dame High School is located at 13645 Riverside Drive Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.

 

Mr. Yo Azama from North Salinas High School will be the keynote speaker. The theme of the Workshop is "Brain-Based Instructional Approaches."

 

As we learn about how brain works in language learning, we hope that we will be able to apply the latest research findings in our teaching and accommodate diverse learners' needs.

 

TJSC is a non-profit organization in Southern California and is comprised of individuals who are teachers in an organization or academic institution teaching various levels of Japanese, students of the Japanese language, and/or individuals who are interested in Japanese language or culture education.

 

Registration fee for the workshop is free for members and $30 for non-members. If you wish to participate, please contact TJSC at tjsc_california@hotmail.com
