Once again, we are hosting a 'Gardener's Night Out' where everyone is welcome to enjoy an evening just for gardeners (and of course would-be gardeners)!
Behnke's staff will be here giving demonstrations and answering questions. Have you ever wanted to see just how to put together a beautiful fall porch pot? Marian will show you! What about getting some advice on growing fruits and berries? Miri and John will be here for you! Learn why you shouldn't clean up your garden so fast in the fall as Constance explains what nature and your garden can do for wildlife. Anita will demonstrate how to create terrariums and simple and easy gift baskets using houseplants (perfect for the upcoming fall/winter entertainment season!). Watch as Adrienne assembles fairy gardens and as Bill shows how to sharpen tools.
In addition, we'll have special guests: Rene from Netherland Blubs will be in our Garden Shop sharing his passion for planting bulbs and answering your questions, Ducky Hong will be on hand to show you his artistic Bonsai creations and, if you bring in an orchid that needs some attention, Carol Allen (aka "The Orchid Lady") will be here to help.
