In the aftermath of unprecedented flooding in Louisiana last week, disaster response efforts begin.  The Rev. Michael Rinehart, bishop, Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast Synod provides an update of the situation in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, as well as offers ways that we can provide support.
