You don't have to be a champion speller to join in the f-u-n. The Pearland ISD Education Foundation still needs a rousing hive of sponsors and spectators.

Help your student prepare for college admissions! Huntington Learning Center and Tutoring Club of Pearland are hosting ACT and SAT Prep Test Days.

100% of proceeds to be donated to Pearland ISD Education Foundation.
 

Foundation receives $15,000 from high school volleyball tournament

We are thankful to Adidas and our high school volleyball coaches John Turner and Jason Karim for choosing to support our mission with this generous contribution.
Fundraiser: Kendra Scott Gives Back

On Aug. 16, foundation supporters visited Kendra Scott at Baybrook Mall for a "Give Back Party" benefitting Pearland ISD Education Foundation. Over $1,000 was raised thanks to our supporters and shoppers!

Foundation joins back to school events

Supporting New Teachers - The Foundation helped to welcome 189 new Pearland ISD teachers as a luncheon sponsor during New Teacher Orientation on Aug. 9.

Hands-Down: A Great District - Over 1,000 hand clappers were distributed to teachers and staff at the annual district convocation, a pep rally-style event, held on Aug. 19.

Teacher of the Year Receives 2016 Innovative Teaching Grant

 Congratulations to Ann Lowrey Merrill, PACE teacher and 2016 Pearland ISD Secondary Teacher of the Year! This past spring, she received an Innovative Teaching Grant award for her service learning project "Never Again" to raise student awareness of genocide and current foreign policy. Stay tuned for this grant project in action!
