President's Perspective

Dear Foundation Friends,

Many great things are happening this month!

Our Founders' Campaign ends this week. We will celebrate the campaign's success and honor our founding donors at a special event on Wednesday, March 4th at Golfcrest Country Club, sponsored by Pearland Medical Center. Remember that it is not too late to join in and help us to reach our goal of $150,000.

Our 2015 Innovative Teaching Grant Program rolled out to all campuses and we recently announced a new partnership with the Texas Volleyball Invitational Tournament (featured below).

With so many achievements and accolades, I couldn't be more pleased to serve the foundation and share the good news with you in this month's newsletter.

Partnership Announcement: TXVBINV The Pearland ISD Education Foundation announced a new partnership with the Texas Volleyball Invitational at the regular meeting on Wednesday (Feb. 18). Great Turnout for Grant Workshop!

The 2015-16 Innovative Teaching Grant program had a successful kick off with 37 attendees at our first Writing Winning Grants workshop.

MOD Pizza Grand Opening: March 7th

MOD Pizza is opening a new location at Pearland Parkway on Saturday, March 7th.

To celebrate, MOD Pizza will be donating 100% of all pizza sales to the Pearland ISD Education Foundation.
