Dear Foundation Friends,
I am amazed by the generosity of our foundation partners who have helped our Founders' Campaign reach more than $102,000 so far!
Many good people like Kyle Ford of our inaugural donor Gulf Coast Educators Federal Credit Union (featured below) stay informed of local education needs, support our teachers and students and get involved with the foundation. We invite you to join us. Donate $1,000 or more by Feb. 28 to be recognized for the life of the foundation and help us reach our goal of $150,000!
Sincerely,
Jeff Barry

Why We Became Founding Donors:
Kyle Ford, GCEFCU |
Many of our Gulf Coast Educators Federal Credit Union employees have spouses or family members who work for local school districts, so when Pearland ISD started its foundation, we were eager to be a part of its beginnings.
I also care a great deal about education. My parents are retired educators, my wife is an educator, and I have two children currently attending public schools. Being a part of the foundation keeps me more informed with what is going on in our schools, and I like the feeling of knowing I'm helping my kids.
A foundation that helps our teachers help our students learn is big in my book. I invite you to support our teachers, invest in our children's education and become a founding donor! |

Founding donors of $1,000 or more will be recognized for the life of the foundation. A big thank-you to everyone who has helped us reach this point so far!

Grant Spotlight: Abby Blank Through a foundation grant, Turner College and Career High School special education department chair Abby Blank has helped put NSpire calculators into the hands of students who struggle to keep up with their peers in Algebra I. With the ability to take the calculators home, students grow in their confidence with the instrument and in their understanding of math concepts.
