The Justice Department's increased effort to fight health care fraud could mean an increased prosecution of executives in health care organizations, said law firm Arent Fox. Corporations may be required to assist the department in prosecuting executives prior to agreeing to avoid prosecution or defer prosecution of the entire corporation, the alert said.
