former hospice owner gets prison term for role in medicare fraud

Regina Swims-King, owner of the now-closed Angelic Hospice in Greenwood, Miss., received a 70-month prison sentence for her involvement in fraudulently billing more than $11 million to Medicare. The hospice billed Medicare for unprovided services between 2007 and 2012, court records show. Swims-King was also sentenced to three years of post-release supervision. German company Travis CI has abandoned its unlimited-vacation policy in favor of requiring all workers to take at least 25 days of paid vacation each year. That's better than an open policy since it ensures employees don't feel pressured to stay at work or be judged for taking vacations, says CEO Mathias Meyer.
