Good afternoon and Happy Holiday season. Reminder that there will be workouts over the holiday break (this Saturday, Monday 12/13, Sunday 12/29, etc). A memo was sent earlier this week with specific details surrounding the adjusted schedule over the Christmas Holiday break. You can also check the master calendar on the ABC winter home page. If you are in town over the next few weeks, we encourage you to try and plug into one, two...or all of the sessions scheduled. Reminder we request that you please register for these holiday break workouts in advance. Registration link is on the ABC winter home page under Continuing Education.
We had a special time last Saturday with over 100 members of the ABC family at the annual ABC Christmas gathering & Fellowship. It was another special time of food, fun, autographs and a little Q&A. We missed those who could not be there, but certainly understand:

| The Christmas break can afford you a much needed, appropriate, mental and physical break. I am not an advocate of shutting down "cold turkey", but I would like to suggest that you not be fearful of putting the bat down for 4-5 days in a row. Put the glove down for 4-5 days in a row. You should plan to keep a steady cardio routine (or starting implementing one), but often times I have seen very positive results from putting the bat and glove down for extended periods of time (especially this time of the year). You might surprise yourself and come back with a new hunger, revived passion, and an enthusiasm that might have thinned out a little due to the grind of the fall season thus far. Trust me. |

Help me - help you segway into the next season of ABC baseball. At this time I would like to request that you please communicate your plans for spring ball (2018 grads) and summer ball (2014-2017 grads). Your prompt communication will help us plan efficiently. At this time we are only planning to have one summer team at each age group. A link has been posted on the winter home page where you can communicate your desire to wear the ABC jersey in 2014 or click here to fill out the online form.
