  Good morning. Friendly reminder that uniforms will be picked up at the ball park on Sunday (Preston field). Please review your team page to make sure you are up to speed on what color of pants to wear to the ball park (royal blue socks, royal blue belt, royal blue long sleeves). Please give check to your ball player to be handed in when he picks up his uniform.

 

  Parent fellowship & Connection time tomorrow. Coach Tucker and I would like to invite all ABC parents out for breakfast tacos on Saturday morning (2/16) before you and your son head out to watch your respective high school practices/games. We will be meeting at two different Rudy's BBQ restaurants at 8:30am (Coach Tucker will be at the Rudy's BBQ on 360 - 2451 S Capital of Texas Hwy; Coach Prater will be at the Rudy's BBQ on 183 N - 11570 Research Blvd). Our desire is to provide quality time (away from the ball park, practices & workouts) where we can fellowship, talk baseball, and talk about the ABC program and how we best prepare ball players and families for their high school baseball journey (this is not a time to discuss any personal issues specifically related to your ball player). We invite just dad, just mom or dad's & mom's to join us. This will be an informal gathering (approx 1hr) where you can come and go; arrive, buy your tacos and coffee and look for the group.

 

 As part of our continuing education program, I strongly encourage you to plan to get out and watch your respective high school play ball tomorrow. Most have started scrimmages and this is an invaluable time for you to better familiarize yourself with the high school baseball culture. Check you respective high school home pages schedules.
