  Baseball Solutions would like to invite you to attend our annual pre-spring season classroom seminar titled:

Baseball-A-Palooza 2013

a round-table/Q&A session of distinguished baseball professionals (listed below) sharing insights and anecdotes designed to help you "Advance Your Craft"

pro baseball player.high school coach.collegiate umpire.sports therapist,etc

 

When: Sunday 1/13/13, 3:00-4:30

Who is invited: committed & curious baseball players and parents

Where: hosted at FEFC (First Evangelical Free Church) 4220 Monterey Oaks 78749

(this venue is located in southwest Austin near intersection of Mopac/290 - MAP). Seminar will be held in large room located on the north end of the main sanctuary building (this building is the furthest west building on church property).

 

Why? Throughout the year, Baseball Solutions hosts continuing education classroom workshops designed to provide baseball families unique access to a host of baseball industry professionals. Put down the ball & glove....and take a seat.

Format? "Press conference style" environment where event host will be asking topical questions to the panel of guest speakers ensuring that multiple topics are covered as well as maintaining an appropriate pace. Attendees will have opportunities to ask questions.

Cost? There is no cost to attend. This is a comunity-service seminar. This event is free but online pre-registration is required for planning purposes. We have a limited number of chairs/space available. There will be a bucket for donations to off-set production expenses.

Equipment drive/donations: We will be collecting used baseball equipment for a baseball ministry in Zimbabwe (more info below).

Bring your baseball equipment donations to Baseball-A-Palooza
Westwood HS baseball coach,  Bart Bratcher, is conducting an on-going equipment drive for Zimbabwe Baseball Association.
We are continually collecting, sorting and packaging baseball items for dozens of schools in Zimbabwe. The IRS has declared his organization, Jet baseball, a 501c3 non-profit organization. Gifts are tax deductible. Call Coach Bratcher about further info and assisting financially in shipping these items.  512-922-5256
GUIDELINES:
1. greatest needs are for gloves, balls, bats, bases, helmets and catcher's gear.
2. Please do not bring clothing.
3. Please bring only items that have some quality life left in them.
4. Baseball Solutions will deliver equipment collected to Coach Bratcher
5. Boxed or bagged and inventoried would be helpful, but not required.
