Healthy Behaviors Training Series Recaps:
To wrap up our three part series, SPARK and Community Bridges partnered with us to teach program providers about the importance of engaging youth. Ellen Ormsby, a representative from SPARK started the morning with some exciting new games to keep kids moving and integrate education into activity. Afterwards, Allison Jones and Sia Boima from Community Bridges led a discussion about their program and how it empowers young women to be leaders in their community. If you would like to see all the pictures from all three of these training, be sure to visit our Flickr page. Also, if you missed out on these workshops or are looking for more training opportunities, the Healthy Behaviors Day if our March Conference will offer similar hands-on workshops.
