NEW MANAGERS HARD AT WORK AT THE CO-OP
"
Jeremy DeChario, General Manager
& Scott Pierson, Assistant Manager
Started Their Duties At The Beginning Of March

Jeremy DeChario
General Manager
Jeremy DeChario and Scott Pierson have recently assumed new roles with the Syracuse Real Food Co-op. Jeremy as General Manager and Scott as Assistant Manager. They will be busy watching over the Co-op operations along with still having responsibilities in the beer and Deli sections respectively. Jeremy's interest in food began with progressive organizing in college.  After college and a few related experiences he found the Co-op, which combines his related interests of food politics, local living and eating well.
Scott Pierson
Assistant Manager
Scott is a locally grown talent, growing up and going to school in Baldwinsville. NY. He has been dealing with natural foods for the last 9 years at establishments in Myrtle Beach, SC, the Syracuse area and now the SRFC. Scott lives just around the corner from the Co-op and is dedicated to providing good quality deli products to Syracuse Real Food Co-op members, store shoppers and his neighborhood.
Garland McQueen, who had previously been handling the General Management duties is presently on another assignment but will be returning to the Co-op as the Expansion Project Coordinator when the Member Loan Campaign is completed over the next few months. Garland is excited to have the opportunity to work with the Syracuse Real Food Co-op on their future expansion plans.
