Chris Henwood, Produce Manager, Is Putting Together A Great Organic Plant Sale For Your House Or Garden
 

Here is your chance to start your gardens or greenhouses with some excellent stock. Chris has enlisted the help of Rose Ryan of Harvest Home Farms and Carl Frost of Frosty Morning Farms to guide you through the process 

of plant selection on Saturday May 18th, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM.

bounty. You'll be able to select

from many varieties of plants and herbs such as: cherry,

slicing, and paste tomatoes (both heirlooms and hybrids), 

many varietal basils; purple, thai and genovese, assorted annual and perennial herbs, sweet peppers, assorted lettuces, slicing cukes, zucchini and odds and ends.

Seven Year Gold Organic Compost for a great price. Chris will also have her High Mowing Organic Seed stock at the plant sale. She has gathered from other local sources hanging flower baskets, six packs of mixed flowers, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and herbs. Chris says, "It's nice to kick off the local growing season with  Red and Green Kale, and turnips from NY."
