Summer is Not Over Yet

Kids want to head outside before going back to school. Enjoy these summer food safety resources now!

1) Tell a campfire tale

Let pathogens take over for ghosts and goblins in your campfire tales. Use the 10 Least Wanted Pathogens poster for inspiration or have kids write and share their own stories using our story template.

2) Get interactive

Don't just tell kids about food safety practices - show them with interactive games, BAC Blaster and Perfect Picnic.

3) Form a Safety Squad

Teach kids about the two hour rule, then put them in charge of making sure food doesn't stay out too long.
