Clark County, WA Sheriff Candidate Forum Scheduled

 Vancouver, WA (March 26, 2014) - National Women's Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation (NWCAVE) and UniteWomen.org will host a public nonpartisan candidate forum for Clark County (Washington) Sheriff at the YWCA Clark County Community Room (3609 Main Street in Vancouver, WA) on Thursday, May 22nd at 7pm. Wayne Havrelly from KGW will be the moderator.
The public is invited to send in questions to be presented at the forum. Questions can be emailed to info@nwcave.org or mailed to P.O. Box 872494, Vancouver, WA 98687. The deadline for questions and comments is May 1, 2014. The forum will also be open to the public. Candidates have until 5pm May 16, 2014 to file. Currently, four men are campaigning with intent to run for the office. All of those campaigning have confirmed participation for the Candidate Forum.
