 Office News & Updates:  The National Women's Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation (NWCAVE) will be in Southern California preparing for our Southwest Conference Against Trafficking (coming up in January in Pomona, CA) and presenting at the 27th Annual Children's Networking Conference at the Ontario Convention Center so our offices are closed from September 13 - 30th.

 

Please remember the deadline for applications for our Jane Velez-Mitchell Journalism Award must be received no later than September 30th to be considered. Continue visiting www.NWCAVE.org and www.SWCAT.org to learn more about what we're doing!

 

 

The National Women's Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation (NWCAVE) is proud to announce we were selected to present two workshops at The 27th Annual Children's Network Conference September 18 & 19, 2013 at the Ontario Convention Center in California!

  

The workshops - "Media Matters: When Law Enforcement, the Media and Families Collaborate for a Successful Outcome in Finding a Missing Child" will be presented by NWCAVE's Michelle Bart, Kacey Montoya and Araksya Karapetyan.

  

The other workshop is "The Voices of a Human Trafficked and Her Mother Speak Out" which will be facilitated by Michelle Bart from NWCAVE.
