BC #67          SHORT NOTICE STONE SHEEP HUNT
HUNT DATES 9/22-10/3, OR 10/1-10/12/2016
    ONLY $46,500

Without a doubt, the Stone Sheep has become one of the most sought after species in North America. They are essential to the sheep slam, and every dedicated sheep hunter has his heart set on one.
This area is the one that produced the world record and very famous Chadwick Ram. Great genetics are found here!! Of course this outfit has put many Stones into the record books. Hunting is along the two major river drainage's. You will hunt from one or more of their 15 remote camps, the exact camp being determined before you arrive, and based on many factors from your physical condition, to the weather, and of course to where sheep have been being observed. This hunt is a full 1 on 1 hunt.

Harvest fees on other game if available are Griz- $15,000, Elk, Goat, Caribou, black bear- $5950. Moose $9450.  Wolf is free.

This is a long time world class outfitter, that has been operating for many decades in BC and the Yukon. They offer Elk, Canadian Moose, Yukon Moose, Mountain Caribou, Dall Sheep, Stone Sheep, Bighorn Sheep, Grizzly and Goat. They have put probably a hundred or more animals into the Record books over their decades of flying and guiding. While no honest person will ever guarantee success on wild game of all those species, these folks do a heck of a job for their clients. We like them a bunch!

FLORIDA #259     ALLIGATOR SPECIAL FALL 2016
SAVE $3500- $8500

If you ever wanted a giant gator, but refused to pay $10,000 and more for them- here is your chance to save $3500 to $8000. This situation is due to a unique opportunity  caused by the recent hurricane that just hit Florida. Our Gator outfitter there has had a flood of giant gators that have left their lakes due to the very high waters, and have gone upstream onto private ranches to seek out their prey. He is covered up in Giants. Because of the huge numbers, his usual $10,000 to $15,000 hunts are reduced to only $6500!!

Here is what the outfitter says:
"Now about my trophy gator ranch hunts. I have some hunts open for gators in excess of 11 feet.....more like 12 and up. They are typically $10K to $15K but are price reduced due to the increase in numbers resulting from  the recent hurricane that  caused many gators to move from the lakes onto my private ground to seek their prey. Huge numbers of big gators. A couple days ago I had hunters wanting a 10' gator due to budget restraints- and we literally had to wade thru the 12's to find the 10's! Because of the huge jump in gator numbers I am selling them for $6500. SCI just grabbed 20 spots but that doesn't even  scratch the numbers on one of my farms. I have booked 7 or 8 this week myself. We can do these hunts year round and the hunt includes the tag. Hunter will only need to purchase a $52 license once they arrive".

These hunts can be done day or night with any weapon. Great cold weather hunt for spot and stalk African style rifle hunt. Catch one sunning and make a tack driving shot for a kill.

GIANT GATORS.  ONLY $6500. SAVE $3500 or more!"
No meals or lodging, but hotels and restaurants are nearby.

IDAHO #103      HUNT 2 BEARS & WOLF FOR $1950
  HUNT NATION SPECIAL-
  ONLY $2700- CALL TODAY
They have been baiting bears since 1979, (this is important, bears remember established bait sites) and  produce more trophy bear than any of their competitors by a large margin.
All of the outfitters bear hunts have been close to 100% opportunity.  These are wilderness bear hunts that produce about 50% color phase with colors ranging from dark chocolate to cinnamon, blond and red. P&Y and B&C candidates are spotted every season with several hunters placing their 19" & 20" bruins in the literature.

This spring bait hunt is in the Selway-Bitterroot wilderness area.  This area is so vast and has such a high bear population that you have a very rare opportunity to be able to hold 2 bear tags in this unit.  Many hunters will have the opportunity to take 2 bears during their hunt; some have even taken 2 bears in the same evening.  These hunts take place on the Lochsa River and are the month of June.

Like most bear hunts, you will only hunt in the afternoon, since this is when they see about 90% of our bear activity on the baits.  They have tree stands and ground blinds set up weeks in advance so the bears have time to get used to the bait area, making them more likely to come in during the daylight hours.  This is an any-weapon hunt, so one bear can be taken with a rifle and next with a bow, or even a pistol.  On occasion they will do a mid-day hillside hunt to watch some open canyons that bears may be using to do some grazing earlier in the day.
According to the outfitter, clients can expect around 90% success, with opportunity easily reaching 100% annually.  NOW ONLY $2700!!!

Bears on this hunt average from 5'10" to 6'6" in length, they take some each year getting up to 7 feet long, with the largest being 8 foot.  The bears this time of year tend to weigh in around 200-300 pounds. This hunt is 5 days and includes all lodging and meals.

TEXAS #131    AWARD WINNING EXOTICS RANCH
Our clients like the incredibly wide range of exotic animals found here. From African game to Arabian game, to Asian game and more. You will see many species that you might never see otherwise. It makes for an extremely interesting hunt.

Here's some things we like about this operation: No hidden fees; no daily guide rates; and no pay if you do not kill! Those three things are important!! And finally we can get you package pricing on a multi-specie package.
You can hunt with a handgun, bow, crossbow, muzzleloader or rifle. Bow hunting or handgun hunting is particularly challenging. If you want some meat, we highly recommend the Axis deer and the Fallow deer, including the reasonably priced does for both species- superb meat. This is a great opportunity to introduce someone to hunting, especially a youngsters, wife or grandchild. The friendly family-like atmosphere adds to the experience. This is a truly great place to send corporate employees for an outing.
All hunts are fully guided.  No Kill...No Pay policy insures that the hunter only pays for the game he/she successfully hunts. If there is no game taken only the lodging charges would apply.  Success rates run very high.

COLORADO #141    LAST MINUTE ELK HUNT OCT 6-10
          SAVE $$$$$$$
I got a call from one of my Colorado Ranching For Wildlife operations Northwest of Steamboat Springs (Guaranteed Tags) and he has (2) Elk Hunts available for Oct 6-10.  He's reduced the price to only $5950!

Over the last 17 years, this outfitter has amassed a remarkable harvest percentage of 94.8% on branch-antlered bull elk. At one point, the outfitter could claim to have taken 307 bull elk for his last 320 clients! That's an impressive record!

This highly successful outfitter hunts on private ranches northwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The elk herd in this area is reported to be 22,000 head. Most bull elk here will be good 5x 5's and  6x 6's, with some exceptional elk in the 320-inch class and above are harvested every season.  Due to the outfitter's commitment to wildlife management and complete control of the property borders and boundaries, there is an amazing number of trophy elk available to the outfitter and his clients.

Ranches are equipped with hot running water, electricity, beds and most modern conveniences.  Meals are served daily and are some of the finest western cuisine available.  Hunting is done primarily on foot with 4WD vehicles, horses, and ATV to move around the ranches. Elevations vary from around 6,000 to 8,500 feet, but because of the ranch roads, there isn't a lot of climbing required.

Here are his words
"I'm telling you these later hunts are something it's nothing to see 1000 elk in a day, the minute it start snowing every elk in this basin, coming off every private ranches in the area and migrates through or stages up on this property (107,000 acres)".

This hunt takes place in the Kamloops area of BC. Butch and Joan and a buddy moose hunted here and took 2 meat bulls home a few years ago.

WY #38    PRIVATE RANCH MULIES, ELK & ANTELOPE
This professional big game outfitting operation based in Wheatland, Wyoming. Conducting all hunts on private ranches encompassing over 60,000 acres of prime habitat for Elk, Deer, and Antelope in S.E. Wyoming.

Much of this acreage is credited to a handful of very large, well managed private ranches. Working closely with the ranch owners has enabled the outfitter to maintain quality hunting on all of the ranches, and in doing so produce some fantastic trophies.

Most of the hunting is done from a 4-wheel drive and on foot. Locating animals, and then making the stalk. The guides are all licensed professionals who have spent their entire lives hunting in this area. All of them are very accomplished trophy hunters themselves that understand what makes a quality hunt for the client. Knowing the country and behavior of the animals is their business, and they are good at what they do.

ILLINOIS #189   GIANT WHITETAILS- 100% DRAW YTD
"We have some absolute giants on our properties, and we have picked up six new farms. One of them is a 1,150-acre contiguous parcel. We picked up 107 sheds off the farms this year and several of them were absolute monsters!" said this outfitter.

The first week of hunting the outfitters farms this year will be the last week of October - guaranteeing a sanctuary situation for his properties.  In other words most of October will go un-hunted with hunting starting at the early rut. Deer should move off of neighboring properties.

The habitat offers some terrific terrain for producing giant bucks. Lots of agriculture in the form of corn, clover, winter wheat produced by rich, black soil scattered parcels of escape and bedding cover mixed in. The hunters booking this adventure should be true trophy hunters- guys who let 130's walk, and may even let 140's walk. This is the land of giants if you get lucky. And of course there are plenty of misses and scratches to further lower success- but that 70% opportunity is the important number.
For those of you worried about EHD as a deer killer, This is the latest response (last week) from the outfitter himself this also includes the outfitters management plans for the future.

"I am pleased to say that we had the best hunting we have ever experienced in our 9 years of being in business this year!
The deer sightings were more than double what we have experienced in the past and the age structure is basically one more year away from being perfect. As most of you know we had a huge outbreak of EHD/Blue tongue disease in the Midwest in 2012 and 2013 that truly devastated deer numbers in general throughout Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. We were very fortunate in that we didn't get hit as bad as some. I truly believe these properties will be back in shape for 2016!  After adding the new farms this past year we now have 230 stands in place. I am going to add 30 more".

This outfitter has designated a couple of our farms as 150" minimum farms. A $1000 fine is applicable for taking bucks that do not meet minimum scores on these properties.

ARIZONA ARCHERY SAFARI - ATTENTION BOWHUNTERS!
JANUARY OTC TAGS FOR COUES DEER AND DESERT MULEY
We have worked for many years with this excellent outfitter who is active in many roles in his native state of Arizona. He is an avid archer in his own right, and offers a long list of hunts and species. We have pulled out his January bow hunts as being perhaps your last gasp at hunting this winter! This is a fun hunt and a possibility of some true trophies in a nice warm climate!

The month of January is the time for this  Archery Safari where you can hunt for rutting Coues Whitetail and also hunt for Desert Mule Deer and  if left over tags are left even for the wily Collared Peccary.  Along the way, you can  also harvest unlimited Gray Fox, Coyotes and Bobcats with archery tackle, shotgun or rifle. Predator calls work. Waterfowl and Dove are available early in the month and three species of quail are available the entire month long.  Recently, an Archery Safari hunter on his first trip out west harvested a dandy Coues Whitetail buck, a Javelina, three Gray Fox, a Coyote and ten Quail. On a another recent hunt,  a hunter took the new #7 SCI archery Coues Whitetail.

If you like adventure, lots of shooting, and the beautiful Arizona winter, this is the hunt for you. Archery Deer permits are available over-the-counter and Javelina is by draw - but there may be left over tags. Pick the number of days you want to hunt! We suggest 7 days as this is bow hunting.
