IDAHO #103 HUNT 2 BEARS & WOLF FOR $1950
|
HUNT NATION SPECIAL-
ONLY $1950- CALL TODAY
They have been baiting bears since 1979, (this is important, bears remember established bait sites) and produce more trophy bear than any of their competitors by a large margin. All of the outfitters bear hunts have been close to 100% opportunity. These are wilderness bear hunts that produce about 50% color phase with colors ranging from dark chocolate to cinnamon, blond and red. P&Y and B&C candidates are spotted every season with several hunters placing their 19" & 20" bruins in the literature.
NOW ONLY $1950!!! - dates are June 6-10, 13-17, 20-24 For the pack-in tent camp hunt.
This spring bait hunt is in the Selway-Bitterroot wilderness area. This area is so vast and has such a high bear population that you have a very rare opportunity to be able to hold 2 bear tags in this unit. Many hunters will have the opportunity to take 2 bears during their hunt; some have even taken 2 bears in the same evening. These hunts take place on the Lochsa River and are the month of June.
Like most bear hunts, you will only hunt in the afternoon, since this is when they see about 90% of our bear activity on the baits. They have tree stands and ground blinds set up weeks in advance so the bears have time to get used to the bait area, making them more likely to come in during the daylight hours. This is an any-weapon hunt, so one bear can be taken with a rifle and next with a bow, or even a pistol. On occasion they will do a mid-day hillside hunt to watch some open canyons that bears may be using to do some grazing earlier in the day.
According to the outfitter, clients can expect around 90% success, with opportunity easily reaching 100% annually.
Bears on this hunt average from 5'10" to 6'6" in length, they take some each year getting up to 7 feet long, with the largest being 8 foot. The bears this time of year tend to weigh in around 200-300 pounds. This hunt is 5 days and includes all lodging and meals.

SASK #180 AWESOME DUCK AND GOOSE HUNTING!
|
The most important component of a good waterfowl hunt is spotting, and this outfitter uses an intensive program as the backbone of his success. He spends many hours spotting each day and log thousands of miles every week to ensure that you are hunting the best possible fields in the days to come.
Once the spotting is done and the best shoot has been found, your guides rely on their vast waterfowl hunting experiences to devise the best method (decoy numbers, decoy patterns, hunter placement, etc.) to pursue the birds. Combine this with a collection of thousands of top quality goose and duck decoys for different situations, an unbelievable waterfowl population, and you have what it takes to experience the best that waterfowl hunting has to offer.
Most goose hunting is done in harvested grain fields. Geese that are abundant in the area are greater and lesser Canadas, White fronts (Speckle bellies), Snows, Blues, and Ross geese. This offers clients some real variety and the chance to pursue what they prefer.
Duck hunting usually involves an evening field shoot over decoys for big Northern Mallards with the help of spinning wing decoys. Mallards and Pintails are also commonly taken over the goose decoys during the morning goose hunt as they come out to feed. Many hunters leave here with memories of a "duck tornado" like they have never imagined. He very seldom hunt ducks over water as this is their safe haven which is imperative to keeping them in our hunting area. The area consists of over 10,000 square miles of lakes, river valleys, marshes, potholes, and grain fields providing excellent habitat for waterfowl.

TEXAS #131 AWARD WINNING EXOTICS RANCH
|
Our clients like the incredibly wide range of exotic animals found here. From African game to Arabian game, to Asian game and more. You will see many species that you might never see otherwise. It makes for an extremely interesting hunt.
Here's some things we like about this operation: No hidden fees; no daily guide rates; and no pay if you do not kill! Those three things are important!! And finally we can get you package pricing on a multi-specie package. You can hunt with a handgun, bow, crossbow, muzzleloader or rifle. Bow hunting or handgun hunting is particularly challenging. If you want some meat, we highly recommend the Axis deer and the Fallow deer, including the reasonably priced does for both species- superb meat. This is a great opportunity to introduce someone to hunting, especially a youngsters, wife or grandchild. The friendly family-like atmosphere adds to the experience. This is a truly great place to send corporate employees for an outing.
All hunts are fully guided. No Kill...No Pay policy insures that the hunter only pays for the game he/she successfully hunts. If there is no game taken only the lodging charges would apply. Success rates run very high.

ILLINOIS #189 GIANT WHITETAILS- 100% DRAW YTD
|

"We have some absolute giants on our properties, and we have picked up six new farms. One of them is a 1,150-acre contiguous parcel. We picked up 107 sheds off the farms this year and several of them were absolute monsters!" said this outfitter.
The first week of hunting the outfitters farms this year will be the last week of October - guaranteeing a sanctuary situation for his properties. In other words most of October will go un-hunted with hunting starting at the early rut. Deer should move off of neighboring properties.
OUTFITTER WILL ASSIST YOU IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS -
100% draw so far.
The habitat offers some terrific terrain for producing giant bucks. Lots of agriculture in the form of corn, clover, winter wheat produced by rich, black soil scattered parcels of escape and bedding cover mixed in. The hunters booking this adventure should be true trophy hunters- guys who let 130's walk, and may even let 140's walk. This is the land of giants if you get lucky. And of course there are plenty of misses and scratches to further lower success- but that 70% opportunity is the important number.
For those of you worried about EHD as a deer killer, This is the latest response (last week) from the outfitter himself this also includes the outfitters management plans for the future.

"I am pleased to say that we had the best hunting we have ever experienced in our 9 years of being in business this year! The deer sightings were more than double what we have experienced in the past and the age structure is basically one more year away from being perfect. As most of you know we had a huge outbreak of EHD/Blue tongue disease in the Midwest in 2012 and 2013 that truly devastated deer numbers in general throughout Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. We were very fortunate in that we didn't get hit as bad as some. I truly believe these properties will be back in shape for 2016!
After adding the new farms this past year we now have 230 stands in place. I am going to add 30 more".
This outfitter has designated a couple of our farms as 150" minimum farms. A $1000 fine is applicable for taking bucks that do not meet minimum scores on these properties.
2016 Dates & Rates: October 30th to November 4th ($2950) November 6th to the 12th ($2950) November 12th to the 17th ($2950) First firearm season November 18th, 19th, 20th ($2950) Second firearm season December 1st to the 4th ($2950) Late season Muzzleloader December 9th to the 11th ($2950)

ARGENTINA SUSPENDS TEMPORARILY THE REQUIREMENT FOR PAYING A $160 RECIPROCITY FEE
Per the website of the Embassy of Argentina in the US, PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT "Argentina has suspended the $160 reciprocity fee for entry by US citizens as of March 24, 2016. In order to strengthen the relationship between Argentina and the United States of America, the Argentine Government has resolved to suspend the collection of the reciprocity fee from US passport holders who visit our country for less than 90 days, for tourist or business purposes". Expectations are that this policy will just be in place for 90 days, or until a further executive order is issued. However, it's expected to be extended beyond that. The reciprocity fee was enacted by Argentina a few years ago in retaliation for a similar fee asserted by the US against Argentines. Unfortunately, many of you have already paid for your fees, and at this point it is unknown if you can claim a refund retroactively. If you try, please let us know how you make out!
