Picture Days
JK-7th Grade Picture Update: Online picture day orders are due by Oct 28 to be included in the bulk print shipment to school. Orders after 10/28 will incur a $3.75 mailing fee to have prints sent directly to homes. If you need the password to view your student's online image and place an order, please reach out to any of the contacts listed below.
JK-7 retakes will be held on Wednesday, Oct 28. There is no need to "sign up" for a retake, but please let your student's teacher/advisor know a few days in advance. A time will be arranged for each class's retakes to see the photographer.
8th Grade Pictures Update:The process of viewing/ordering 8th grade images and arranging retakes is the same as previous years. Stuart Rodgers handles all orders online and any retakes are by studio appointment. Please note: The deadline for 8th graders to pick a pose for the yearbook is November 24th, so any 8th grade retakes must be completed by November 9th to allow time for processing.
If you have any questions, please contact Jill Lafferty (laffjill@gmail.com) or Anne Crowley (annecrowley72@gmail.com) or Stuart Rodgers at 847-864-7322 (info@srphoto.com)
Calling all Veterans!
Sears School is inviting all military Veterans in our community to come and enjoy a special lunch with our students this Veterans Day - Wednesday, November 11th. If you have a Veteran in your family who would like to participate in this memorable event with our students, we would love to include them and thank them for their service to our nation.
Recycle Your Old Markers
Mrs. Hubert and the Environmental Subcommittee are recycling your old markers, pens, mechanical pencils, and permanent markers. Recycling bins are set up throughout the building (art rooms, Mrs. Hubert's room, library) or
have your children recycle them in their classrooms and the classroom teacher will pass them along to Mrs. Hubert.
