The JSSPVA Needs Volunteers

Diversity Awareness

Seeking grade level liaisons to help in their child's classroom with diversity lessons in January. A meeting of volunteers will be held in November. Sign up here using Sign-up Genius if you can assist. More info can be found on the Diversity Awareness webpage

General Volunteers

The Committee Chairs are in need of volunteers throughout the school year. It is not too late to help out in a variety of areas. There are big and small jobs for every interest. Volunteer Sign-up Sheet

MightyNest Shopping Event Benefitting the Outdoor Classroom

Joseph Sears School families and friends are invited to a night of holiday shopping and fun at MightyNest, 2112 Jackson Avenue in Evanston on Thursday, November 13 from 6:30-8:30pm (please note the 8:30am time listed in 10/30 Sears to Home was incorrect). 15% of all purchases will be donated to the Sears Outdoor Classroom. Drinks and snacks will be served.

Sears Cafe

Sears Cafe is going strong. All ordering for both vendors is done online. Ordering for Marla's can be placed until Thursday at 8am the week prior. Ordering for Beyond Green can be placed until 4pm the day prior.
