Alamo Colleges Launches Alamo Institutes To Provide Students a
Clear Pathway to Their Career Goals

Alamo Colleges will launch the Alamo Institutes for Fall 2016.

Beginning with students who apply to the Alamo Colleges for the Fall 2016 semester,  the Alamo Colleges is introducing the Alamo Institutes, a new approach to provide students with a clear path to their career goals. All of the Alamo Colleges programs and courses will be organized into six institutes that match students' areas of interest with career goals and empower students to take control of planning for their future.

This new initiative will save students time by guiding them to take only the courses they need, either to be job-ready when they graduate from the Alamo Colleges, or to be prepared to transfer to a university. Students will save money as well as time by not paying for courses they don't need and not taking more credit hours than they need to graduate or transfer. For more information on the Alamo Institutes, click here.
