Greetings!


Welcome back Elite Families!  We had a a fabulous first week at Elite. The energy and excitement that surrounded the studio was contagious!  The staff and dancers have been enjoying getting to know each other and we are all getting into the "groove" of our new schedule.  

Add/Drops:

We appreciate all the patience and communication as families finalize their schedules.  We understand Fall is a very hectic time.

Auto-Debit Service:

If you would like to take advantage of Elite's auto debit service (EFT) for your monthly tuition, please download and complete the EFT form.

You can also view all our dress code info on our website www.elitedancestudio.org and click on the studio info link at the top.  Please feel free to talk with your dancer's teacher if you have specific questions on shoes.   

We have a large selection of Elite tank tops, t-shirts, booty shorts, leggings, sweats and sweatshirts available to purchase at our front desk! We also have a full selection of ballet tights in stock.
Dancer of the Month:

Each month we are excited to shine the Spotlight on a different Elite Dancer.  Dancer's are selected by the staff and will be featured on our "Dancer of the Month" bulletin board in the lobby, on our Facebook page, Instagram and in our monthly newsletter.  

For September, we shine the Spotlight on Eleanor Nees!

How many years have you been dancing at Elite?
This is my 7th year at Elite.
 
What is your favorite style of dance?
Definitely Tap!
 
What is your favorite memory at Elite?
Last year in jazz and tap with my friends, we would always goof around and have fun.
 
Tell us about your family...
I have 2 younger brothers, Luke is in 6th grade and Drew is in 4th grade.  I also have a yellow lab, Wesley.

If you aren't dancing...what else do you like to do?
I really enjoy baking and photography.  I also like hanging out with my friends, skiing and spending time at Black Butte.

Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
I hope to be married, have a few kids, and be a photographer or own my own bakery.

I love watching So You Think You Can Dance and my favorite dancer is Jessica Richens.

Company News:

Elite's Performing Companies have already been busy and had a fabulous performance in the Beaverton Parade! Congrats dancers...you guys rocked it!



Next up for our Performing Companies AND our Elite Families--
Saturday, September 26th- Cedar Mill Parade and Celebration at the Cedar Mill Grange Hall.  
 
We encourage our Elite Families to arrive at the Grange Hall parking lot at 9:15am and join the Elite Performing Company Dancers walk in the Parade!  There will be an ice cream social in the Grange Hall immediately fallowing the parade.  BONUS- if you have a super hero costume, please feel free to wear it for the parade!  We will feature pictures of our PC dancers and Elite families in our next months Newsletter!
