Tipton Linen would like to extend a HUGE welcome to our newest partner:
Tipton Linen AND...

On Nov. 5, AMC is premiering a new movie experience at West Olive 16 that'll leave guests awestruck. AMC Dine-In Theatres is the place to see the latest movies while dining in a restaurant, complete with a menu of appetizers, entrees and desserts and a server who arrives at the push of a button. Add in the comfortable seats and the guests in Creve Coeur and the St. Louis area are about to redefine 'going to the movies.' The first 12 auditoriums are complete and open Nov. 5, with the remaining four, as well as the MacGuffins bar, expected to be completed in January.
"It's dinner and a movie, and it's done right - what could be better than that?" said Gerry Lopez, chief executive officer and president, AMC. "We're always looking for ways to make going to the movies more fun, and based on the feedback at these locations around the country, we think our guests in the St. Louis area are going to love this experience."
When complete, every auditorium at West Olive 16 will feature the AMC Dine-In Theatres concept, which includes two meal-and-a-movie auditorium styles, as well as a bar and lounge.
Fork & Screen®- Eight auditoriums will feature: * Casual in-theatre dining * Reserved seating in comfy, premium chairs * Seat-side service at the push of a button * A wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty drinks, beer and wine
Cinema Suites®- Eight auditoriums will feature: * Premium in-theatre dining * Comfy power recliners with reserved seating * Up to nine feet of row spacing * Seat-side service at the push of a button * A wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic specialty drinks, beer and wine.
Fork & Screen welcomes families when parents are present. Otherwise, guests must be 18 or older to enjoy. Cinema Suites is a grown-up experience for guests who are 21 and over only.
Guests can grab a beer, glass of wine, cocktail, or food at MacGuffins® Bar & Lounge in the theatre lobby. Named after a movie term coined by famed filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock, MacGuffins is AMC's take on a neighborhood bar where guests can hang out before or after the show. All guests are welcome as long as guests under the age of 18 bring a parent or guardian. Of course, guests must be 21 to drink. Construction on MacGuffins is expected to be complete in January.
The menu at MacGuffins and in the AMC Dine-In Theatres auditoriums is enough to get some mouths watering. It features favorites like grilled gourmet burgers, specialty artisan flatbreads, delicious sandwiches, roasted chicken and brisket quesadillas, fresh salads and indulgent desserts.
AMC Dine-In Theatres at West Olive 16 pricing: Ticket prices range from $7 to $15, depending on day of week and showtime for AMC Dine-in Theatres. Menu items range from $6.99 to $15.99. Specific pricing information can be found at dinein.amctheatres.com.

Differentiate and Dominate!
-Don't do what everyone else is doing!

Effective VS. Efficient
OR
Effective AND Efficient?
Effective- success in producing a desired result.
Efficient- working in a well-organized competent way.
These two words have huge impacts in our work. Especially once I really broke them down into "Laymon's" terms:
Effective- doing the right things.
Efficient- doing things right.
How simple are those definitions? Pretty basic I think. So many times we get caught up in doing the right things, but yet we don't often get the result we're after. Why is that? You're doing the right things and yet still it seems as if things will never get better and eventually there's no change and you call it quits. Inevitably your response will be: "I was doing all the right things, I just don't understand."
However, there is such a thing as doing the right things - at the wrong time! It's happened to everyone of us at some point.
That's where being efficient comes in. Staying organized and competent in what you're capable of is key. Or in simple terms, doing things right. Not half-way right, not right sometimes or most of the time, but always doing things right.
Then you can begin to combine effective and efficient. By doing so you're striving to always be "Doing the right things right." No it's not as easy as it sounds, but if you can be efficient enough to know what's effective and work both of those together simultaneously you can reach a new level of success.
Bringing it full circle:
You're route service reps are very effective. They strive to produce the same end result after each delivery/service. No customer is too small or large in their minds. I fully believe that their relationships with you are a major success key.
You're route service rep works with many departments to ensure your delivery goes as smooth as possible or efficient. By making regular inventory adjustments or checking ahead for special merchandise needed for holiday's they want your delivery complete and as efficient as possible.
The hardest part is that they don't fully control what is sometimes loaded or not loaded on their trucks. So it's possible you may be shorted an item, but rest assured he or someone will re-deliver that items asap. With the route service reps working as closely as they do with their supervisors and service managers the service team really operates on a high level of success. No, we aren't perfect, but we settle for excellence.
With the effectiveness and efficiency we have in the Route Service Reps that you see on a daily or weekly basis we know we're fully capable of providing you with the best quality and service you can imagine.
Now that's not the be all end all. As I said we aren't perfect. So, if you're experience has been less that satisfactory please make us aware. Either simply reply to this email, speak to your RSR or call us today.
Thanks for your time!
