2014 Benefits Annual Enrollment is open through Monday, Oct. 21. The 2014 Benefits Annual Enrollment is once again a "Passive Enrollment," which means if you are satisfied with your current benefits, your current benefits will roll into 2014. If you contribute to a Flexible Savings Account (FSA) for health or dependent day care, please remember that you are required to make a 2014 election in the SLHS Benefits Enrollment system. Your 2013 FSA contributions will not roll into the 2014 benefit plan year. The Online Benefit Enrollment System can be found on the new Employee Self Service Employee home page.
All 2014 Benefits materials can be found on the Benefits Single Source SharePoint site. Employees can also post questions to the SLHS Benefits Team through this site. Don't forget - to receive the full 2014 Wellness Credit, employees and covered spouses on the medical plan need to update their Aetna Simple Steps Health Assessment in 2013, AND have had an Adult Wellness Exam completed in either 2012 or 2013.
