How to Use FLEXTELLER

(It's Easy!)

      Online Banking

FLEXTELLER is an online banking system which allows members to manage their accounts at Tri-Town Teachers Credit Union 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Members can check balances, view histories, transfer between accounts, and print statements.

Something New - E-ALERTS!

As the name implies, an E-ALERT informs you of an action that has occurred on one of your accounts, your Savings, Checking or Visa Credit Account.  E-ALERTS are sent to the email address you have on file with us, or by a text message.

The system is easy to use and is used as a portal to other online services. All transactions are done in "real time" your accounts are instantly updated.

Almost 500 members use FLEXTELLER, every month! If you're not using it, read on and see how easy it is to use.

Logging on requires a password which is obtained by contacting the Credit Union office. You will be assigned a temporary password which must be changed at your first logon.
