New Associate

MTSC continues to offer our clients experienced Capture and Proposal professionals. MTSC welcomes:

Carl Wilson

Carl joins MTSC as a Senior Associate with extensive experience in capture planning, proposal development, business development, program management, aviation training, and aviation maintenance.

Carl has over 22 years in the US Air Force with expertise in C-130 aircrew operations, training, and aircraft maintenance, and over 13 years post-Air Force Aerospace and Defense industry experience. His industry career experience includes aircrew and maintenance training systems, operations management, training & simulation program management, and contractor logistics support capture planning and business development activities. Carl has experienced with the C-130, all variants to include the C-130J, the C-17, T-6, and T-1 training and maintenance programs, and is an experienced Proposal Writer and Review Team member. Carl resides in Texas and in his spare time likes to coach youth baseball.

Carl is an ideal person to support your next training & simulation or contractor logistics support capture effort.
