Where has the year gone? It's hard to imagine we are already into fall; the trees are changing colors and stores are already gearing up for the holiday season. We were driving through Rocky Mountain National Park this past weekend and came across two bears foraging for winter hibernation ... where has the time gone?

In this issue of the MTSC Quarterly Update we will highlight our maintenance, logistics, and contractor logistics support experience, "spotlight" MTSC Associate Pat McElroy, and introduce new MTSC Associate Steven "Duke" Wayne.

Associate Spotlight - Pat McElroy

All Around Proposal Expert

Pat McElroy is a Senior Associate for MTSC with extensive experience leading proposal production efforts including graphic design and desktop publishing. She is also experienced with managing RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and ID/IQ task orders; serving as volume lead/book boss for past performance and management volumes; and other support to include technical editing, compliance review, color team support, and orals preparation and coaching...she can almost do it all!

Pat has over 25 years of combined experience in commercial, federal, state, and local government proposal response development including: management, FIPR/BAFO coordination, strategic planning, project analysis, marketing, and public relations. Areas of specialized knowledge and skills include military and defense, Health and Human Services, information technology, aircraft industry, financial services, and public transportation.

Pat is in high demand and always "on the road" supporting one project after another. In her limited free time, Pat spends time with family, participates in community events, and visits with friends all over the country.

Steven "Duke" Wayne

Duke joins MTSC as a Senior Associate/Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in program management, business development and military aviation.

Duke has over 27 years in the US Air Force with expertise in aerial refueling operations, flight operations & training, airfield operations, safety programs, and modeling & simulation. Duke's post US Air Force career experience in the aerospace and defense industry includes: training & simulation instruction, quality assurance, multi-billion dollar aircraft procurement program, business development, capture planning, back hat support, marketing & communication support, proposal development, review team management, subcontractor management, and training & simulation program management.

Duke resides in Florida and in his spare time he likes to work on classic cars, fish, and enjoy time with his family.
