Associate Spotlight-Bill & Terry Holmberg

All Around Proposal Experts

Bill and Terry Holmberg are a dynamic "Proposal Team" who have been with MTSC for over 5 years Bill's career experience includes Space Shuttle Mission Control support, business development support for a engineering firm, sales and marketing experience for an aerospace technology company, and includes over 27 years of proposal experience. Terry's career started as a teacher/freelance writer branched off into public relations, fund raising, and college instruction before becoming a professional technical writer and proposal expert with over 22 years of proposal experience.

As MTSC Senior Associates, Bill and Terry are in high demand due to their superior writing skills, versatility, vast proposal experience and winning support. Individually, and together they have "done it all," serving as proposal manager, volume manager, proposal/technical writers, orals coaching, and review team members. Bill and Terry have supported proposal efforts across a broad range of mission areas including: training & simulation, maintenance and logistics (aviation and ground), base operating support, military vehicles, space operations, IT, engineering and environmental support, and munitions.

Bill spends his off hours flying his 1946 Cessna 120 and making abstract sculptures of birds and fish. Terry is completing her first novel and keeps the garden in shape when not writing winning proposals.

Jerry Fetcher

Jerry joins MTSC as a proposal expert with experience as a proposal manager, volume lead, proposal writer/editor, and review team member. Jerry is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and has extensive experience working on a broad range of proposals for maintenance & logistics, base operating support and training & simulation programs. A former U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer, Jerry has career experience as an Army aviation helicopter pilot and maintenance officer with over 10,000 accident free flight hours and aviation certifications in Bell, Aerospatiale, MBB, and MD helicopters, and Beechcraft King Air aircraft.
