New Associates
MTSC continues to offer our clients experienced Capture and Proposal professionals and Subject Experts Experts. MTSC

welcomes:

Jim Wallace

Jim joins MTSC as a subject matter expert in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Integration and Interoperability, Directed Energy Technology and Assessment, and Emergency Management and Continuity Planning. A former USMC officer, Air Transport Pilot, and USAF Reservist; Jim also has experience with AV-8B operations and maintenance, KC-135R and Air Mobility operations, B767, B757, and air safety investigations.

Jim has led and/or worked on numerous USAF Task Forces and Working Groups on technology program to support the warfighter.

Mike McCarthy

Mike joins MTSC as a highly experienced Proposal expert with over 20 years Naval Aviator experience and over 15 years of defense industry and Proposal experience. Mike has over 2,700 fixed and rotary-wing flying hours in the UH-1N, VH-3, VH-60, numerous H-60 models. As the Defense Office Program Manager a Sikorsky, Mike monitored the progress of the Army's RAH-66 Comanche prototype helicopter program. Mike's broad proposal experience includes supporting programs for aircraft procurement, weapons maintenance training, supply chain management, performance based logistics, aircraft service life extensions, and Australian Through Life Support Tenders.

Personnel Search Service

Finding the Right Person for Key Positions

"Head Hunter" by another name...MTSC is available to assist your Personnel Search to find Program Managers and help fill other key positions you will need to execute your contract. MTSC has always provided this service but we have not previously advertised the capability. MTSC has helped fill Program Manager, Site Manager, Engineering, and other critical positions in advance of and after contract award.
