MTSC's Diverse Experience
Supporting All Government Agencies
We often hear from potential clients that MTSC is "... Air Force oriented." While MTSC was founded supporting Air Force acquisition programs and many of our key Associates have an Air Force background, we are actually a very diverse business services company. MTSC and it's Associates have supported the Capture and Proposal efforts of it's clients for a broad spectrum of Government departments/agencies in the United States and overseas. Since mid-2008, MTSC's "Top 10" department/agency support include:
1. Department of Defense - All Branches of the Military 2. National Aeronautics and Space Administration 3. Drug Enforcement Agency 4. Customs and Border Protection 5. Transportation Security Administration 6. Federal Bureau of Investigation 7. General Services Administration 8. Veterans Affairs 9. Foreign Militaries 10. Commercial Programs
Our experience is much broader that these "Top 10" since our Associates have supported our clients efforts to capture contracts from over 60 US Federal Government, international and commercial contracts. If you are looking for Capture/Proposal support personnel with specific client experience; call MTSC to discuss our experience and capability. |

Post Proposal/Post Award Support
Get Ready to Execute the WIN!
Once the proposal is submitted, everyone celebrates, takes a few days off to probably get some much needed rest and then gets back to work catching up on other delayed work. Submitting the proposal may be the easy part...getting ready to execute the contract may be harder. Typical post proposal submittal activities include capturing lessons learned, preparing for oral presentations, indexing and storing proposal material, and responding to evaluation notices.
However, the most important post proposal and post award activity is preparing the execute the "promises" made in your proposal. Once the administrative activities are completed it's time to roll up the sleeves and prepare to execute the contract from a program management perspective. Whether preparing program plans, making contingency hires, conducting subcontractor negotiations, or executing test programs, you must be prepared to execute the contract once award is announced.
If you are understaffed to execute your post proposal and/or post award game plan, MTSC has Associates experienced with program management, developing program plans, and executing test and acceptance programs.
Call MTSC to discuss your post proposal and post award staffing requirements. |
